Xinyue Sun once served as the chief percussionist and head of the percussion department of the Peking University Chinese Orchestra, and studied under Feng Piaoyang, a young percussionist and percussionist of Central Conservatory of Music Chinese Chamber Orchestra. 7 years of experience in Chinese percussion performance. In 2022, PKUCO won the Best Performance Award in the Instrumental Music Group (Chinese Music) of the Beijing University Student Music Festival and the Most Popular Program Award for Teachers and Students.
